Day 5 – Final Program Assessment and Certification

Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs):

MCQs consist of  questions or statements, followed by several possible answers. Participants must select the correct one. This format is efficient for assessing quick recall of facts, understanding of concepts, and ability to process information. 

Essay assessments require learners to write a structured response to a question, prompt, or topic. Essays assess the ability to articulate ideas, apply concepts, and construct coherent arguments. 

In role-playing assessments, learners act out scenarios that mirror real-life situations relevant to their vocational field. This method evaluates communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and practical application of skills in context.

Hari is a highly qualified and experienced trainer with Australian nationally recognised qualifications, including the TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and the 10893NAT partial qualification. He possesses comprehensive expertise in delivering high-quality training, assessment, and facilitation across diverse learning environments. He is committed to fostering engaging learning experiences and ensuring compliance with internationally recognised standards. 

Hari shows proficiency in several key areas. He is adept at project management, including the development and execution of training project plans, defining objectives, stakeholder coordination, and applying effective methodologies in monitoring training projects. Program management is Hari’s other strength, demonstrated through experience in designing and delivering training programs, managing stakeholders, and ensuring training program objectives are met. Hari also possesses skills in portfolio management, strategic planning (utilising tools like the Balanced Scorecard), and stakeholder management, focusing on building relationships and ensuring clear communication.
